The Library Media Program is a central force that provides a positive and productive environment toward the learning community while encouraging a sense of personal enjoyment and ownership.
YA Galleys 2010-2012
The LMC is proud to share that we have been selected by YALSA, the teen branch of the American Libraries Association, to serve as a library as part of the YA Galleys Project. YA Galleys libraries form the nominating committee for the books for the national Teen Top Ten award yearly, and publishers arrange to share advanced release copies of their books with the selected libraries for review and feedback purposes. Our term lasts for two school years, and begins this October after Teen Read Week 2010.
