The School District of Holmen (SDH) preserves the privacy of staff and students and supports the safe, orderly operation of school activities. Per Board Policy 9700, any printed materials, questionnaires, business promotions, or other items from non-school organizations must be reviewed by the District Administrator or designee before distribution.

How to request approval:

  1. Review the policy requirements in Board Policy 9700.
  2. Complete the Distribution of Materials Form (PDF).
  3. Submit the form for review and await approval prior to sharing materials.

Since April 1, 2015, SDH uses a “green” approach for flyers via the Virtual Backpack. Requestors may be asked to provide a limited number of paper copies for school offices.
