Thank you for partnering with the School District of Holmen.

Before You Volunteer

1. Submit the annual Registration/Renewal Form—preferably at the start of the school year.
2. Background checks at initial registration and then every 4 years (or more often if needed).
3. Paper forms available in each school’s main office if you cannot complete the form online.
4. Please allow up to one week for processing.
