The School District of Holmen Facility Services Department maintains approximately 800,000 square feet of buildings and over 200 acres of property.

To maintain these facilities and grounds, we employ 44 full- and part-time custodial and maintenance staff. Each full-time, customer-focused custodian cares for an average of 26,833 square feet of building area every day.

Purpose

 

The purpose of the Facility Services Department is to:

  • Preserve the taxpayer’s investment in district facilities and assets.
  • Provide and maintain a safe, healthy environment that supports learning.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal mandates and codes.
