Ticket Tips

  • Include device type (Chromebook, iPad, Windows), room number, and asset tag if available.
  • Attach screenshots or photos of error messages, cables, or setup if relevant.
  • Note any troubleshooting steps already attempted.
  • For urgent needs (testing or presentations), include the date and time window.
