What is ACP?

ACP is a student-driven, adult-supported process where students build an information-based vision for post-secondary success through self-exploration, career exploration, and career management & planning skills.

Why ACP?

We want graduates ready to meet opportunities and challenges with confidence—prepared for careers or post-secondary study, and equipped to adapt their plans as they grow.

Xello is a web-based exploration and planning tool used in middle and high school to research careers and colleges and build a career plan. Students can access it from school or home.
