Farm to School: Where Do Your Meals Come From?At the School District of Holmen, we take pride in the quality of food prepared for our students and staff. For over eight years, our Farm to School initiative has redefined what school meals can be— connecting classrooms, cafeterias, and the community through local agriculture and hands-on learning. Students in Holmen have the opportunity to raise and grow several of the items featured on our menus. This initiative blends education and nutrition—teaching students where their food comes from, and the importance of fresh, local ingredients.
