Food Allergies

The School District of Holmen takes student health and food safety seriously. To ensure every student’s well-being, any food allergy must be accompanied by a medical signature indicating the allergy and the specific foods affected.

Once documentation is received, the school nurse will notify the Nutrition Services Department and the kitchen staff. Please note that meals cannot be served without a medically authorized diet order.

The Food Allergy Network (FAN) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping families manage food allergies and anaphylaxis through education, emotional support, and coping strategies.
