Welcome to the Student Services Department and to the School District of Holmen!
The Student Services Department serves all of the children in the School District of Holmen. Each service within the department provides information and support in a variety of ways. Visitors are encouraged to browse through our pages to become familiar with all that we do.
Our Mission
To create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that empowers students to grow academically, socially, and emotionally — ensuring they are prepared for lifelong success beyond graduation.
Meet Our Team
Jill Mason
Executive Director of Student Services
Oversees all student service programs, including special education, counseling, and family support initiatives across the district.
Jennifer Gimmer
Director of Safety and Student Services
Leads district-wide safety initiatives, emergency response planning, and provides leadership for student health and wellness services.
Courtney Wilson
Registrar
Coordinates new student registration, record management, and enrollment documentation for all district schools.
Joni Wittwer
Student Information Systems Specialist
Manages and supports district data systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance for student information, attendance, and reporting.
Jennifer Granum
Administrative Assistant
Provides administrative support to the Student Services Department, assisting staff, families, and community members with information and coordination.
