STOPit is an anonymous reporting system the School District of Holmen uses for safety concerns, including bullying, threats, self-harm, harassment, vaping/substance concerns, and other behaviors that put students at risk. Reports are routed to the appropriate school staff for follow-up.

Is STOPit really anonymous?
STOPit is truly anonymous. The school has no ability to identify the submitter of a report or message. All report data, content, and user information remain confidential unless voluntarily shared in the report or message.
How does the STOPit mobile app work?
Once downloaded, the STOPit mobile app allows students to report incidents by submitting text, images, or videos. The report is sent anonymously to school administrators who can respond directly through STOPit Messenger to provide help and resolution.
What student information does the school or user need to provide to STOPit?
None. STOPit does not require any user information. Information provided is only what the user chooses to include in their report or message. For more information, review the STOPit Privacy Policy.
Can STOPit be used by children under the age of 13?
The STOPit app can be used by students under the age of 13 under school direction and supervision. Parents are encouraged to talk to their children about how to use STOPit appropriately.
Who receives the reports and messages submitted through STOPit?
Reports and messages are received by the designated school or district administrators who monitor and address safety concerns.
Can a parent, teacher, or community member use STOPit?
Yes. Parents, teachers, and community members can also submit anonymous reports through STOPit if they have a safety concern.
