How to Register
Campus Parent — Create Your Account
All parents/guardians can register for their own Campus Parent Portal account. We recommend each parent/guardian has a separate login.
What you need to get started
To create your own Campus Parent account, you need a Portal Activation Code (also called a GUID — Globally Unique Identifier). This code is used one time to set your username and password.
- Each parent/legal guardian has a unique GUID and account.
- You must have an email address on file with the district to create a Parent Portal account.
We recommend that each parent/guardian create and use their own Campus Parent account.
Request your GUID (Activation Code)
Request your personal GUID by emailing: infinitecampusupdate@holmen.k12.wi.us
Please send the email from the address that is already on record in our student information system.
Include this information in your email:

FAQs & troubleshooting
I can’t sign in—what should I try first?
Use the “Forgot your password?” or “Forgot your Username?” links on the Campus login page. If you still can’t access your account, email infinitecampusupdate@holmen.k12.wi.us.
Why do I need my own account?
Separate accounts help keep your information secure and allow each guardian to manage notifications and settings independently.
What if my email on file has changed?
Update your email in Campus Parent → Family/Household if you still have access, or contact your school’s main office to update your record before requesting a GUID.
