Scrip is a term that means “substitute money.” When you purchase scrip, you are purchasing gift cards and prepaid cards that are used like cash. You can use scrip to purchase everyday expenses like food, clothing, and other essentials, and with every purchase, you earn money for Sand Lake Elementary. Sand Lake PTG buys scrip cards at a discount and re-sells the cards to families for face value. The discount is from 2-15 % or more. Groceries, clothing, and gas can be purchased. Many cards are available directly in the Sand Lake Office at any time for immediate purchase. If we don’t have something you would like, place an order and receive it within 5 business days. Cash or Checks made out to Sand Lake PTG are accepted. There is a master list of all participating retailers in the "SCRIP Retailer List" link below or you may get a paper copy in the office.
