Login to submit a ticket: Staff & Students
District staff and students may enter a ticket directly into our helpdesk system. Login using your District Google account. This method provides the ability to attach files (including images) to a ticket in addition to entering text. Users can also view the status of their previously-entered tickets while logged into the system.
If you are unable to sign in or have forgotten your District network password, please use the password portal to help reset your password. You may also call the helpdesk for assistance.
This method of ticket submission is not available for families.

Please call the help desk at 608.526.1367 during business hours. Staff inside the District may simply dial 7113 from any District phone.
