The Holmen School District utilizes a Point of Sale System, which is used during meal time to track student purchases. Each student is issued a four-digit PIN (Personal Identification Number) from Nutritional Services, this number will remain the same while your student is enrolled in the School District of Holmen. This same four-digit PIN is used by your student for all meals served. All Kindergarten parents will receive a letter in August informing them of their student's four-digit PIN. Included in this letter will be your FAMILY ID NUMBER (if you have other students enrolled in the district, you already have a family ID number.) All students in a family will debit from the amount in the family account. You can make one deposit into your family account and all payments are credited immediately. Please make sure to include your FAMILY ID NUMBER with all payments.
If your family account is $10.00 or lower and you have provided us with a valid email address, we will send a reminder email that your account needs attention. In addition, the cashiers verbally inform students in upper grades of low balances and offer the younger students a written reminder when accounts are low.
Sixth through twelfth grade parents/guardians are reminded that individual students may be blocked from Ala Carte spending, per parent/guardian request. Please make any requests by emailing mardan@holmen.k12.wi.us or calling 608-526-1325.
Parents/Guardians may view and print family statements online through the Infinite Campus parent portal or by contacting Danielle Martell at 608-526-1325.
At the conclusion of the year, senior accounts must be paid in full prior to graduation. If the senior has a remaining balance in their meal account and there are no siblings in the District, a request for a refund can be made following the students last day. In addition, you may opt to donate the remaining funds to the District Angel Fund (a fund created to assist families in need with their lunch account balances.) If the senior does have siblings, the balances will roll over to the next school year. Refunds are only issued if a family moves out of the school district, or the last student has graduated. Refunds can be requested by contacting the Student Universal Nutrition Office through email at mardan@holmen.k12.wi.us or by calling 608-526-1325. Refunds take approximately two weeks to process. Inactive accounts over one year old will be cleared and the money donated to needy families in our district.
