Steps for Non-District Groups making facility requests
- Create an Account for the online facility reservation website and be approved.
- You will be asked to upload your organizations certificate of liability insurance.
- Once you are approved, you will be able to request dates and times for events
- Requests will be approved or denied based on location availability.
- Groups must follow the board policy po 7510 Use of District Facilities when using School District of Holmen facilities.
- Groups must follow Covid-19 Mitigation Strategies set forth by the School District of Holmen.
