Steps for Non-District Groups making facility requests
- Group must submit a plan approved by the La Crosse County Health Department.
- Must sign and return an "Assumption of Risk" agreement.
- Must sign a "Memorandum of Understanding for Facility Use".
- Follow the board policy #830.
- Provide proof of liability insurance.
