I was born and raised in the house my parents built in Waukesha.  I earned degrees from both the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and St. Mary’s in Winona.

Things for me took a turn when I decided to move to Alaska in 2009 and began teaching middle school science, as well as coaching everything I could, including football, wrestling, track and field, volleyball, and basketball. I continued my schooling at the University of Alaska-Anchorage and began my journey into administration in 2018.  

In 2020, my wife and I moved back to the area to be closer to family.  I was fortunate enough to land a spot here at Holmen.  I am proud to serve as Associate Principal here at Holmen High.

When I am not at school, I enjoy time with my wife and 2 children.  We enjoy hiking in the woods, geocaching, and exploring everything the greater LaCrosse area has to offer.. I root for all Wisconsin sports no matter how dire the situation, but my dream would be to attend a Brewers World Series game.
