Bio- I am Isaac Walters and am the Middle School Instructional Coach. I grew up on a dairy farm in South-Central WI that is still in the family and has been since the 1840s. I have a BA in Broadfield Social Studies (history emphasis) and a minor in American Indian Studies from UW-Eau Claire. Also from UW-Eau Claire, I received my MA in US History (with graduate certification in public history, historiography, immigration history, and American Indian history) in December 2009. I taught high school social studies for 14 years, and for the past 8 years have been an instructional technologies coach at CESA 10. I live in rural Trempealeau county with my wife and two teenage daughters. I love the outdoors and can be found gardening, fishing, hiking, camping, hunting, or simply wandering aimlessly with my attention skittering between the plants, animals, and everything else. I am a book lover and a life-long learner that is interested in far too many things to keep straight. I look forward to joining the HMS team and helping do what I can to ensure that every student learns and has a great learning experience.
