At Evergreen Elementary, I work with a great team! Mr. Bradley & Mrs. Brewer are the other homeroom teachers, and we devote our year to preparing students for middle school and beyond. High expectations are in place for learning, as well as behavior. We want our classrooms to be places where students feel safe and respected and where differences are both appreciated and valued. Fifth grade comes with additional responsibilities as well - most importantly, being role models for younger students who look up to older kids.

I share Evergreen’s motto of “Dream, Believe, Think, Achieve.” Students can accomplish anything they set their minds to with the appropriate support, perseverance, and encouragement; teachers, families, and the community all play a critical role in this journey, and I am honored to be a part of this experience. Students who walk through my classroom door become my family - they are loved, supported, and believed in accordingly. I am committed to helping them reach their fullest potentials.
