The School District of Holmen uses an electronic system to record all employee leave time. Employees use Time Off within Employee Access to request leave or see current time off balances. Supervisors use Time Off to approve or deny requests and generate calendars with leave time for the employees they supervise.
The District has assembled a number of tutorials to assist employees and supervisors in effectively using this system.
Employee
- My Status displays an employee's time off information, both current and historical. An employee can check the allocated, used, approved, waiting, and available time by Time Off Code.
- My Requests allows the employee to submit Time Off Requests to their supervisor. The employee can check the status of pending time off requests, add additional requests, or delete requests prior to the date of request.
Supervisor
- My Approvals allows supervisors to approve or deny Time Off Requests submitted by their employees. A Time Off calendar is available to assist the supervisor with determining if there are multiple requests for the same day.
- My Employees displays Time Off Requests by Time Off Codes for all of the supervisor’s employees. Detail transaction reports are available.
